The Blend Faculty was conceived from a deep-seated desire to assist leaders and their teams, who led business transformation during the pandemic. Through skilful coaching, we provided support to individuals and teams working in high pressure environments during a period of unprecedented stress.

We know that coaching and the needs of clients has changed forever and our coaches have the skills in their DNA to support the workplace. We have coached 800+ leaders and their teams in the last 4 years.
