The Blend Faculty was conceived from a deep-seated desire to assist leaders and their teams, who led business transformation during the pandemic. Through skilful coaching, we provided support to individuals and teams working in high pressure environments during a period of unprecedented stress.

We know that coaching and the needs of clients has changed forever and our coaches have the skills in their DNA to support the workplace. We have coached 800+ leaders and their teams in the last 4 years.

We design our programmes with you to better equip you to deal with the demands of leading and working in high pressure, uncertain, ambiguous and traumatic times. Because each organisation is unique, we build our support based on your unique context.

I am currently working with Blend to provide coaching refresher and supervision sessions for coaches from a range of organisations across health and care.
