The programme lead implements our delivery model for each contract that is made up of 6 steps:

Agree objectives/timeline with client

Create project plan

Undertake risk management and raise issues at regular review meetings

Create a Communications plan with you

Undertake regular programme reviews with you and our coaches

Provide a closure report, incorporating anonymous coaching evaluations from coachees

Our programmes
All of our programmes and workshops are delivered by our team of experienced Coach Facilitators live online and can be delivered face-to-face if required.
